Profile:

Ms. Nagihan Akdemir is a former Civil Law Judge in Turkey,  having worked as a Judge for 43 years before her retirement in 2025. She was graduated from the top Law School in Turkey, Ankara University in 1982. She started her law career as a civil first-instance court Judge, then was granted to be the President of Commercial Court of Izmir in 2006. During her Judge career, she was dealing with Commercial cases, Real-estate disputes, Heritage Law, Rental Law and the disputes arisen from the mediation between the parties. ​​​​​​

​With her 40+ year Judge career, she is expert of any field of Turkish Civil Law and Procedural Law.
